Free standard shipping
Furmeno currently offers free tracked standard shipping within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment verification, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect address. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available and can take up to 48 hours to show its first carrier update. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping charge.
Address changes
Contact us immediately if a shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement beyond the expected delivery window, or a package arrives damaged, email furmeno.shop@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
