Refund policy

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked delivered. To start a return, contact furmeno.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify, an item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Used grooming tools cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AND COSTS

Do not send an item back without authorization. If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We can cancel an order only before it enters processing. If it has already shipped, the regular return process applies.
